Hi Dr. Painter,

My wife, Rita, and I feel compelled to send you this note to let you know how much we have enjoyed our time spent at your practice. In our 65 years we have never been more impressed with the delivery of patient care from yourself and all of your employees, whom we have come into contact with. Thegenuine concern for our wellbeing is obvious in all that we have experienced in our limited visits thus far. As well, the work done was meticulous and first class in every detail. I never thought I could admit to the above about “going to the Dentist’s office”, but you and your staff have earned it.

Again, thank you and your staff for all that you do.

Reverend Gilbert S.

When I was a child, the days I looked forward to with anticipation and joy were Christmas and my birthday. These we my “happy days.” The day I did not look forward to was when “the dentist” was circled on my calendar. I was always looking for the dentist who advertised, “We cater to cowards,” but I never found him!

From the first moment in the dental chair, I realized (after 76 years of searching) this was the caring, perfectionist that I had been looking to find. He left nothing to chance but did everything in a most professional manner. My comfort, the color of the filling; nothing was left to chance. He even phoned me after some extensive dental work to see if everything was all right. Never before had a dentist ever phoned me after my visit to their office.

My final testimony is that Dr. Painter is now not only my dentist, he is also my wife’s dentist.

Dear Dr. Painter,

I want to tell you how very much I thank you for what you have given my husband Harry, and me too. It’s better than Christmas.

I am simply delighted that he finally agreed to have the very over-due and much necessary work done. I’ve been nudging him for years. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. You have restored more than “just” his smile. Everything about his face has been transformed. His lips no longer sink into his mouth. The way he takes food off his fork has somehow become more refined. The way he chews.he actually chews his food now rather than swallowing most of it nearly whole. The way he forms his words is more succinct and clear. The way he breathes and, of course, the way he smiles has greatly improved. He actually, without hesitation, smiles now. I am no longer saddened to see the gaping holes in his mouth. He looks more like the man I married.

There is even a twinkle in his eye again; even he is happy with himself. He is contented, but not in a pretentious way. Harry was never a conceited man, but now, he has a measure of pride in his appearance again. This was a long time coming. The rewards are most welcomed.

Harry was concerned that there would be a lot of pain associated with fixing his teeth. He was concerned that there would be a lot of maintenance demands related to new teeth. You dispelled all that for him. Simply put, you are the Michael Angelo of dentistry.

(Testimony from our 2013 Dentistry from the Heart day)

A customer of yours told me about you offering free dental services on Friday the fourth. I was overjoyed to be able to get a free teeth cleaning. I have not had a car ever since I was in a nursing home for six months last year. I didn’t have transportation but my friend brought me to your office.

I want to thank you for the wonderful and generous service you did for local people like me. I hadn’t had my teeth cleaned in years. I wish I had remembered the girl’s name who did the cleaning (I’m 80 years old) but she was very thorough in getting all the tartar off, very gentle and friendly, and a real asset to your business.

I wish I could have been able to contact my disabled son who is in pain with his teeth but his phone was not working and he lives in southwest Fort Wayne. I try to help him as much as I’m able financially.

Thank you again and God bless you and your staff.
